Build a House Project
Farhat Mai was one of 5 widows who, with donations received from Harrow Central Mosque, had a new house built for her and her young children in Village Peer Kamaya More, Khuda Yar Kathia, Tehsil Shor Kot, District Jhang, Pakistan.
Farhat is 39 years old and her husband passed away four years ago. She has three children aged eight and under.
Farhat said:
“Not only will a shelter home protect my children and myself from harsh weather but also my children get education in an environment friendly constructed shelter home. We are greatly thankful to the donors and those who facilitated for the construction of shelter home.”
